I would advise you to use the EDIT HTML mode instead. Sure in this mode you cannot see the image. However, it is very easy to copy-paste or cut-paste the image to anywhere you want it. You may have noticed that tiny screen shot of the photo upload icon right at the beginning of this post (used the NONE option for position). The script for the image is:
<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImage();}
catch(e) {}" href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_jPLCY/
SHfiwXlOflI/AAAAAAAABpI/kx3YGc0YHkM/s1600-h/
link+icon.jpg"><img style="cursor:pointer;
cursor:hand;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_jiz8qCY/
SHfiwXlOflI/AAAABpI/kx3YGc0YHkM/s400/link+icon.jpg"
border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5218132242"
/></a>
Now that looks like a bunch of gibberish doesn't it? However, no fear as you don't have to understand what is all that gibberish as you can just copy-paste it anywhere you want. For example, I am going to copy-paste it here:
